The focus of my practice is now on Business Succession, and approximately 95% of my work is in that area. As a business attorney, I have worked with private companies and entrepreneurs at all stages of the business cycle. I no longer typically take on new clients in these areas; however, it is useful to bring to my Business Succession focus a background in and knowledge of these other areas of business law.
